DESIGN DETAILS
Two versions. One visual system. The original Travel Guidelines set the foundation through brand color, editorial layout, and typographic hierarchy. The 2025–2026 Travel + Expense Policy pushed it further across 15 pages of denser policy content, with icons, callouts, location grids, and checklists built into the system. The goal was to keep it feeling like the same publication. It does.
TRAVEL GUIDELINES (2023–2024) | Baseline Framework
Established the visual framework — brand color, editorial layout, and typographic hierarchy across a multi-spread promotional format.
Travel & Expense Policy (2025–2026) | Expanded Edition
Extended the same framework to support a broader expense taxonomy and deeper compliance content.
