design CHALLENGE
Solhue Refined needed to feel more intentional than a collection of individual artworks or product listings. The challenge was to shape a cohesive brand world that could connect custom portraits, travel-inspired photography, personalized keepsakes, and digital products under one emotional and visual direction.

Create a unified identity across artwork, photography, product listings, and social content.

Define a tone rooted in memory, place, nostalgia, and meaningful keepsakes.

Present custom artwork and digital downloads in a way that feels polished, clear, and easy to understand.

Build a flexible visual language that can grow across Etsy, social media, printables, and future offerings.

BRAND ARCHITECTURE
The brand was structured around a central idea: artwork that preserves memory, place, and feeling. From that foundation, Solhue Refined was organized into connected product and content pillars that could support both emotional storytelling and e-commerce clarity.

VISUAL SYSTEM
The visual direction combines warm texture, refined typography, soft neutrals, travel imagery, and artwork-forward layouts. The system was designed to feel high-end but approachable, balancing emotional storytelling with the practical needs of digital product presentation.

PROJECT NOTE
Solhue Refined launched in 2025. This case study documents the brand-building process from the ground up, including the creative, visual, and e-commerce decisions made before long-term performance data existed. The project combines original artwork, travel photography, AI-assisted concept exploration, traditional painting, digital product development, and e-commerce storytelling.
