DESIGN DETAILS
A one-page process map designed to translate a complex, multi-step workflow into a clear visual reference for non-expert audiences. I explored three layout directions to find the version that scanned fastest and stayed consistent across stakeholders. The final map became a client-facing handout: one page, one pass, no confusion.
